3D Maquinser is the division in charge of industrial 3D printing and additive manufacturing processes in the Iberian market. The following week, from 12 to 14 March, Maquinser will attend the International Dental Equipment, Products and Services Exhibition – EXPODENTAL – held at IFEMA, Madrid, in halls 2, 4, 6 and 8 of Feria de Madrid.

Maquinser will be located in Hall 8 Stand B10 [8B10] and will present at its Stand the hybrid solution for the dental sector, a hybrid process that combines the best of GE Additive’s metal additive technology and Datron’s high precision manufacturing;

The hybrid solution manages to reduce up to 50% the total cost of the process, improving the efficiency of the material and reducing the production cost.

Maquinser will also have one of the most suitable swiss type lathes for the medical and dental sectors – Tsugami H206 – for the manufacture of dental implants and attachments.

Finally, from March 19 to 21, Maquinser will be in Portugal to attend the fair, which aims to bring together in a single space the entrepreneurs who move in this market to present the complex and multifaceted universe of additive manufacturing, which encompasses the equipment and technologies of 3D printers, the entire range of materials used, from polymers to metals and other materials, as well as every stage of the process in industrial production to mass production, and to make 3D ADDITIVE EXPO a meeting point for all professionals seeking solutions to optimize their business.

During 2 days, some technical days have been carried out with demonstrations in the several machines installed in the showroom and to which a great number of customers attended.  The new Maquinser facilities also have a 3D printing division equipped with an HP Jet fusion 580 machine for printing plastic parts in colour. The machines will be available to offer customers cutting tests and demonstrations with an applications department dedicated to carrying out studies and turnkey projects.

With this objective, Maquinser presented at its stand its different technologies for the machining industry, such as our Kafo PV68, Tsugami B0326E-II, Matsuura MX330 – PC10, with ten pallets for unattended 5-axis production, Muratec MT200, for the automotive and mould industry and additive manufacturing technologies, counting on our stand with GE Additive 3D printing equipment for metal, with its 3D Concept Laser MLab Cusing 200 R printing module, and also the HP 3D Jet Fusion 580, with the capacity to produce final plastic parts in colour, saving on the costs of mould making, also offering the possibility of modifying the final object as many times as necessary, even customising it.

More than 120 companies visited our stand at Moldplas 2019, confirming the mold sector as one of the most important in the Portuguese industry, where Maquinser is one of the most important assets currently in the sector.

Industry Barcelona 2019

This last October, Maquinser attend the exhibition organized by Fira de Barcelona: INDUSTRY From Needs to Solutions 2019. The event concluded having shown the best applications in advance manufacturing and responding to the challenges of the companies, improving production today and in the future.

Maquinser displayed in its stand a wide range of products form its represented brands, world leaders in Machine-tool industry [#MachineTool] in Spain and Portugal, such as Matsuura, Datron, Biglia, & Muratec.

It also presented the Industrial 3D Printing technology [#3D printing] from GE Additive, world leader in metal additive manufacturing, with its machine MLab Cusing 200R and the technology HP 3D Jet Fusion, displaying samples printed with this technology.

According to official data, INDUSTRY, from needs to solutions 2019, received around 9.000 visitors. The great deployment of machine tool made by Maquinser was well received among the companies from the automotive, dies and mold, general machining and aeronautic sectors.
