GENTIGER produces vertical machine centres of high rigidity for High-Speed applications. The range includes the models GT-66V, GT-105V, GT-138V and GT-160V which cover any need in high speed, whatever the size of the component is, and always with the maximum accuracy and at reasonable costs.

The positiong accuracy of the Gentiger machining centers is ±0,004/300 mm with a repeatability of ±0,002 mm.

- Column and bed of equal dimensions

- Bed with three leveling points

- Y axis independently moves on the base without loading from the saddle on the X axis. x axis moves independently on the top of the column without loading on the workpiece.

- C3 High precision ceramic bearings to prevent thermal deviations

There are 4 types of spindles available, from 11/9kW at 12.000 r.p.m. to 18kW at 24.000 r.p.m.
